Higgins joins Crane Worldwide

January 13 - Crane Worldwide Logistics has appointed Paul Higgins to lead the company's Global Specialised Services (GSS) division in Latin America.

A UK national, Higgins has been based in Brazil for 30 years and has held several positions in a number of 3PL organisations, gaining significant experience in the mining and oil and gas sectors, as well as industrial project management.

Crane Worldwide's GSS division is responsible for the company's project cargo operations, offering project cargo management services as well as chartering, expediting, packing and crating, hazardous material handling and compliance consulting.

Through its heavy lift and oversize cargo expertise, Crane Worldwide says that it can provide logistics plans and site surveys, alongside general freight forwarding activities.
