February 19 - The supervisory board of Germany's Hochtief Solutions has appointed Nikolaus Graf von Matuschka to its executive board and as labour director, with immediate effect.
von Matuschka has held various management positions within the company since 1998. Most recently he was chief executive officer of the Service Solutions division. He will retain responsibility for this role until further notice.
