USA-based King Ocean Services has acquired the Seacor Holdings’ Caribbean liner and logistics business – Seacor Island Lines.
King Ocean specialises in marine transport to the Caribbean, South and Central American markets out of its Port Everglades facilities in Fort Lauderdale. Also based in Fort Lauderdale, Seacor Island Lines serves nearly 30 destinations across the Bahamas and Turks & Caicos, transporting a range of containerised and refrigerated cargoes, breakbulk, and heavy equipment via weekly liner and charter services.
