April 19 - Marine terminal operator and stevedore company Ports America has promoted Chris Smith to vice president breakbulk, bulk and military.
He most recently served as Ports America Stevedoring vice president and chief financial officer. In his new position he will be responsible for the breakbulk, bulk and military operations on the US Gulf, Atlantic and West coasts.
