“We were looking for two cranes that would complement each other perfectly – one for heavy lifting and long reach, and one for jobs where space and mobility matter most. The AC 7.450-1 and AC 4.080-1 give us exactly that combination,” said Autotrasporti Porro’s co-owners Marco Cesari, Diego Cesari, and Luca Fumagalli.

The seven-axle AC 7.450-1 boasts the reach and lifting performance of an eight-axle crane, while possessing the compact footprint of a six-axle model. It also has an 80 m main boom and is extremely accessible.

Meanwhile, the AC 4.080-1 can carry up to 9.3 tonnes of counterweight while staying under a 12-tonne axle load limit. It can be used as a main crane or in a supporting capacity.

Ordered at bauma 2025 in Munich, Germany, both Tadano cranes are thought to serve a broad range of applications – including heavy industry work as well as infrastructure projects.

Last month, fellow Italian company Autovictor ordered an AC 6.300-1 from Tadano.
