French mobile crane rental company Montagrues – a subsidiary of the Plissonneau Group – has added a 300-tonne capacity LTM 1300-6.3 to its fleet.

“We chose this crane because its tonnage and long boom length make it a logical addition to our range of machines for operations at great heights. Moreover, Liebherr has been our exclusive partner for many years,” said Arnaud Berteau, managing director at Montagrues

The LTM 1300-6.3 mobile crane has a 90 m telescopic boom, which it carries in full on public roads with a 12-tonne axle load. It is designed to be used as a versatile and economical fast-erecting crane with six axles and a high capacity at extreme hoist heights with steep boom positions.  

This, according to Liebherr, makes it ideal for erecting tower cranes and antennae as well as for wind turbine maintenance work.
