Project Cargo Network doubles up in Iran

January 3 - Saadat Sor'At International Transport has become the second official representative of the Project Cargo Network (PCN) in Iran, writes Charlotte Matheson.

The Saadat Group is based in Tehran and has been trading since 1995. It employs thirty one staff members in six Iranian offices and offers a range of services including: Shipping agency; Ship management and husbandry; multimodal and turnkey projects; extensive air and sea services; customs agency; consultancy and insurance and bonded and cross border transport services by road and rail.

The primary focus of the company is within the heavy lift sector and it is known as a service provider to leading users of such services in Iran such as the Iranian Ministry of Mines & Industries, the National Iranian Copper Industries, the Iranian Navy, the National Iranian Petrochemical Company and National Iranian Oil Exploration Directorate.

The PCN Group now has 117 members in 67 countries.
