FOX powers ahead in Panama

FOX Brasil has completed a two-year project transporting components for a biomass power plant in Chiriqui, Panama.

The cargoes originated from various locations in Brazil, destined for the city of David in Chiriqui.

FOX Brasil transported a total of 3,650 tons (3,311.2 tonnes) of equipment, equivalent to 9,700 cu m, as well as an additional 465 teu.

The components included a 31-ton (28-tonne) boiler, a 60-ton (54.4-tonne) steam turbine, a 71-ton (64.4-tonne) generator, gearboxes, transformers, condensers and cooling towers, as well as construction equipment.
