Named Atal Setu, the bridge connects Mumbai with Navi Mumbai and is the longest sea bridge in India. For its part, EXG, as the lead logistics partner, was responsible for the transport 30 orthortropic steel decks (OSD) that form the floor of the bridge.

At the beginning of 2022, the first of the OSDs – measuring 118 m x 14.87 m x 7.5 m – was transported on SPMTs from the manufacturing assembly line to a jetty for loading. EXG was involved in the early stages of the project and supplied the SPMT stool structure design to the client.

EXG is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC).
