Total Movements delivered 50,000 m of rail lines to support the construction of the rapid transit system to serve the city. The company’s project scope covered receiving the cargo under the ship’s hook and delivery to the project site, including the unloading and stacking operations.

Total Movements had to contend with a cyclone and heavy rains, as well as strict rules and regulations to comply with the second wave of Covid-19.

A spokesperson for Total Movements added: “The delivery site had its own inherent locational and spatial challenges. However, our technical and operation teams collaborated with the site teams and the customers to come up with practical and customised solutions.”

Total Movements is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) in India.
