Van der Vlist has handled the multimodal transport of a 14 m-long box.
The box measured 5.3 m tall and was first moved by road from the factory to an inland port, where it was loaded into a barge using a crane. After it was safely lashed and secured in the barge, the box was transported to the port of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
In Rotterdam, the cargo was transhipped onto an ocean carrier.
