December 23 - Air Charter Service's (ACS) London headquarters raised almost GBP7,500 (USD11,200) for its chosen charities at its 2015 Christmas party.

The party, which was held at Raven's Ait - an island in the middle of London's River Thames - saw GBP7,390 (USD10,987) raised through the sale of raffle tickets to win prizes, such as an Apple watch, lunch on the Orient Express and a trip to Iceland.

Tina Leach, head of the company's charity committee, commented: "It really has been a fantastic month for ACS's fundraising. Our charities for this year are Save The Children, Macmillan Cancer Trust and the Dysart School so, combined with the rest of our philanthropic work this year, they will all receive a sizeable donation."
