February 19 - The London-based Baltic Air Charter Association (BACA) is to run a seminar covering the legal aspects of charter broking on March 3, 2010 at the Baltic Exchange, London.

Markham Jackson, chief executive of BACA, will give a brief introduction to the history of BACA and the state of the UK private airline industry and then David Malempré will cover the legal aspects of charter broking. 

These include: contract law; agency/principal; and international and EU conventions.

The session will begin at 10:00 and finish about 14:30, with a break for lunch.
