Shareholders in Dockwise Ltd will be entitled to request that their shares in Dockwise Ltd are transferred between the VPS (the relevant securities register for the shares trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange) and Euroclear (the relevant securities register for the shares trading on Euronext Amsterdam).
