June 15 - Cargolux Italia has started a weekly 747 freighter service from Milan Malpensa to airline's Chinese hub, Zhengzhou.
The flights leave Milan, before calling at Novosibirsk, Russia and landing in Zhengzhou; while the return flight also calls at Novosibirsk on route back to Milan.
The new weekend service, which will handle fashion goods, machinery and mechanical spare parts, marks the first time that Cargolux has made a commercial stop in Russia.
