The bunker surcharge levels will be as follows:
North, East, and West Coasts of South America including the Caribbean and Mexico: Breakbulk $41.00 w/m as freighted (minimum $41.00); containers 20ft USD370.00 per unit; and 40ft USD650.00 per unit.
The surcharges apply to all inbound and outbound cargoes and will be effective for all cargoes loaded to carriers' vessels on or after February 15, 2011.
