October 29 - Air Charter Service has promoted Caroline Werf to managing director of its Frankfurt, Germany operation.
Werf, an aviation management graduate of the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef near Bonn, joined Air Charter Service (ACS) and originally worked in the air charter broker's London headquarters, before taking up her role in the Frankfurt office.
Justin Bowman, ACS ceo, said: "Caroline has quickly built up a strong reputation in the industry and now has a good customer base that relies on her expertise and knowledge of the charter market in Germany, Austria, and beyond."
Werf's promotion coincides with the move of the ACS Frankfurt office into newer, bigger premises next month in what the company says is set to be its record year in Germany.
