Branch Manager - Dubai, UAE

Transera International Logistics is a strong project freight forwarder managing complex logistics for global projects. Our experienced project teams manage the skillful planning and delivery of over-dimensional, heavy-lift cargo by land, sea and air.

The Branch Manager role is responsible to lead the UAE operations team and to manage all aspects of the branch including corporate procedures relating to finance, administration and human resources; developing operational budgets; staff development and industry related training; oversee day-to-day operational procedures ensuring compliance with Transera's standard operating procedures, and quotations.

As a member of the Transera management team the role has significant influence in the strategy and performance of the business.

The successful candidate will have at least ten years of international experience with at least five years in a management role; relevant qualifications and a solid track record in freight forwarding, strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills, a passion for the business and teamwork as well as a proactive attitude. Project cargo experience will be a key advantage.
