March 3 - Broekman Logistics has acquired Distribution Masters International (DMI).
DMI's staff and office in Spijkenisse will become part of Brokeman Logistics' Warehousing & Distribution division. As well as warehousing and distribution, DMI also offers freight forwarding, road transport and Customs clearance services.
Broekman ceo Raymond Riemen said that the acquisition will expand the company's warehousing capacity to 260,000 sq m in the Benelux region.
