Brunel adds Chinese rail link

December 22 - Brunel Project Cargo says that it can now offer a rail service for containers between Yiwu, China to London, UK.

The China-Europe container train departing from Yiwu is operated by Yiwu Timex Industrial Investment and has been running the service to Madrid (Spain) via Duisburg (Germany) for over a year. The first container train to London will depart from Yiwu on January 1, 2017.

"We believe this is going to change the way a lot of forwarders and shippers view their imports and exports for China," said Mike White, group operations director at Brunel Project Cargo.
