June 20 - Southeast Asia turnkey project logistics service provider The Freight Company (TFC) has opened a representation office in Yangon/Rangoon, Burma.
The office is is a venture between The Freight Company (Thailand) and Injynn Development Company, Burma. Established in 1994 Injynn, TFC's local partner, provides logistics, marine and aviation services for the oil and gas Industry and is also active in the power and telecommunication business.
TFC in Burma will provide turnkey logistics services focusing on oil, gas, petrochemical, power, mining, steel, cement, and infrastructure projects.
Heavy and oversized transport services will be offered by land, sea, river and air. Services include delivery across Burma including positioning on to foundations.
TFC is part of the Global Project Logistics Network (GPLN), a non-exclusive professional projects logistics network of independent companies specialising in international projects movements by air, sea and land as well as specialised lifts and the special handling of oversized, out-of-gauge and heavy lift cargo.
