Damani Shipping launches projects division

June 16 - In India, Damani Shipping Pvt Ltd has launched a dedicated projects division.

Recently-formed Dampro Logistics has successfully bid for a number of projects, including an on-going, door-to-port logistics contract with BHEL, which involves chartering a breakbulk vessel every month. The company also has a port handling contract with JSW Energy Ratnagiri Ltd for its import project shipments.

Damani's clients include Larsen & Toubro, ABB, Suzlon and Wartsila.
