Express Transport bags award

October 13 - Express Transport Pvt Ltd India (ETPL), a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) has been named Project Cargo Mover of the Year Forwarder in this year's Maritime And Logistics Award.

Established in 1946, ETPL says its aim to become India's market leader in the project cargo arena and continue to grow significantly in this niche area. 

The Express Transport group is also investing in equipment and has just acquired two, 250-tonne Kobelcocrawler cranes. With a total fleet of 60 cranes and a total lifting capacity of 5000-tonnes, Express has cranes with a lift capacity up to 450 tonnes. 

ETPL says that the awards are given after a lot of deliberation by a professional jury consisting of experts from maritime and logistics sectors and are recognised by both government institutions and the shipping ministry in India.
