August 30 - Three modular tanks, each with a height of 7.30 m, have been moved through the German city of Saarbr

The modules, which form part of a South Korean oil rig, presently under construction, weighed up to 122 tonnes each, and were transported by special trailers from Dudweiler to Saarbrücken Port, then loaded onto river vessels for transport along the Mosel River.

Kübler Spedition reports that during the road journey, it had to transport the modules against the normal traffic direction for a considerable distance, cross the central reservation twice, dismantle many traffic lights and clear a bridge under a railway line with only 10 cm airdraft.
