The Hof-based German company M&M Militzer & Münch Deutsche Holding GmbH collaborated with Tegerhy International Shipping Co to set up M&M Libya.
Militzer & Münch owns 51 percent and Tegerhy 49 percent of the equity.
The partners have cooperated on regular groupage services between Western Europe and Libya for some time. In addition to its overland services the JV will also offer project cargo operations, and later add air and sea freight options.
