Ocean Network Express (ONE), the joint venture of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha ("K" Line), Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) and Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line), has appointed five senior executives.
The container line, which commenced operations on April 1, 2018, has named Shunichiro Mizukami, formerly managing director at NYK Line, as region head of East Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he will be responsible for the East Asia region, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Heading the South Asia region, which covers the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, Oceania and Southeast Asia, is Colin de Souza, from MOL.
Jotaro Tamura, also from MOL, will assume the role of region head of Europe and Africa, based in the UK.
"K" Line's Nobuo Ishida will head the North America region, covering the USA and Canada, while Peter Duifhuizen, from MOL, will take on the role of region head, Latin America.
