September 5 - Albacor Shipping handled the transport of a heavy press from Cleveland to Ohio and steel plant equipment from China to Brazil.

 

Its Mahwah branch worked in conjunction with its Youngstown branch, to manage the delivery of a 120 tonne press - measuring 8 m x 4.9 m x 3.8 m - from the port of Cleveland to Wooster, Ohio.
The press was transported on a 19 axle trailer and will be making metal stamping components for torque converters and clutches.
In a separate project, the Albacor Houston team handled the complex shipment of 1,300 cu m of steel plant equipment from Dalian, China to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
