December 23 - Users of Australia's port of Pilbara have received an early Christmas present with the news that the authority is putting its prices on hold at current levels for the Port of Port Hedland and the Port of Dampier until at least July 1, 2016.
An official statement reveals that the decision is in response to the challenging market conditions being experienced by all commodity shippers, and comes after substantial discussions held by the PPA Board, the PPA Executive and with senior figures in Government.
