Rising star in China sees fourth office opening

August 2 - Global Star Logistics (China), which recently changed its name from Global Star Logistics, has opened its fourth office in the country with a new location in Chongqing covering for west of China.

The 10-year old company has locations in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Tianjin and has recently received approval by theMinistry of Transport of the People's Republic of China of its application to receive NVOCC status.

"We are pleased to offer our clients and partners with greater capacity based on direct booking with vessel owners," says the company.

Services offered by Global Star include project handling, Customs clearance, site handling and heavy transportation.

The forwarder is part of the PCN group.
