March 1 - Seaway Heavy Lifting (SHL) has taken delivery of two crawler cranes - a 300-tonne capacity Sennebogen 7700 and a 180-tonne capacity Sennebogen 5500 model.
The 300-tonne capacity crawler crane is being employed on SHL's crane vessel Oleg Strashnov, which has a total lifting capacity of 5,000 tonnes. With a boom range of 46.7 m, the crane will be used to lift heavy and oversize loads onto the deck of the vessel.
The second machine, a Sennebogen 5500 model, is currently being used onshore, handling logistics operations for SHL. In future, it will be employed on the company's 2,500-tonne capacity crane vessel Stanislav Yudin.
