Transweco moves modules through Gothenburg

February 10 - Transweco, which is part of the Lehmann Nordic Group, and a specialist in transportation of project cargoes, has arranged the load-out of three accommodation modules at the port of Gothenburg.

The three modules, bound for Dalian in China, had a total weight exceeding 3,000 tonnes; with the heaviest weighing 1,250 tonnes.

Draught restrictions prevented the ZPMC vessel from berthing and the modules had to be moved to the ship's anchorage using a barge.

SPMTs were used to move the modules from the production facility to the ship.
