Aqualis to acquire Braemar business units

Aqualis has agreed to buy the offshore, adjusting and marine business lines of Braemar Technical Services.

The combined company will be renamed AqualisBraemar and will be headquartered in London, UK. David Wells, current ceo of Aqualis and its subsidiary Aqualis Offshore, will continue to lead the group.

Aqualis said that the combined entity will provide customers with a broad service offering within the offshore oil and gas industry.

In terms of geographical footprint, Aqualis has a strong presence in the Middle East and Braemar in Asia Pacific. Both companies have offices in all major oil and gas hubs around the world, added Aqualis, as well as a foothold in Europe and North America.
