Bob Biesterfeld has stepped down as president and ceo of C.H. Robinson. Scott Anderson, chair of the board of directors, has been appointed interim ceo.
Anderson was appointed to the C.H. Robinson board of directors in January 2012 and has been chair of the board since 2020.
C.H. Robinson has initiated a search for a permanent successor, both internally and externally, with the help of executive search and leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds.
With Anderson’s appointment as interim ceo, Jodee Kozlak will become independent chair of the C.H. Robinson board.
Biesterfeld has worked at C.H. Robinson for 24 years, serving as ceo for the past three.
