Texas-based BOSS Heavy Haul, a subsidiary of BOSS Crane & Rigging, has acquired the heavy haulage fleet and personnel of Cowboy’s Services’ CSI Heavy Haul division.
As part of the deal, experienced drivers and operational managers from CSI Heavy Haul join BOSS Heavy Haul, bringing their expertise in specialised heavy haulage and trucking services.
BOSS Heavy Haul said: “With the integration of this newly acquired specialised equipment, customers will gain access to an expanded fleet, enhancing possibilities, optimising project scheduling, and increasing uptime. The young and well-maintained fleet ensures operational efficiencies, delivering enhanced value and reliability to BOSS Heavy Haul’s clientele.”
