This latest acquisition underlines CF&S’ ambition to develop end-to-end solutions for its global customer base in project logistics. Dako Worldwide Transport will continue to operate under its name and lead global logistics projects within CF&S.

Julian Slusarek, who has been part of the team of DAKO Worldwide for 11 years and its managing director for the past three years, will be joined by Michael Decker, the ceo of CF&S Germany. The founding DAKO Worldwide Transport shareholders Ralf Grosskopf, Hans Grosskopf, and Norbert Nolte will remain as advisors to ensure a smooth transition of DAKO Worldwide into CF&S.

Speaking of the acquisition, Slusarek said: “This will put DAKO in the excellent position of being able to carry out project transports even more efficiently and broadly as a competent service provider for our customers.”
