“We are pleased to welcome White Crane to the expanding Barnhart family,” said David Wills, Barnhart regional director of the Mid-Atlantic. “The company’s customer service is second to none, and their experience in heavy industrial lifts; shutdowns, turnarounds and outages; power generation plants; and the hauling, lifting, and setting of out-of-gauge components makes them a perfect fit for us.”

Towards the end of last year, Barnhart acquired Madison, Illinois-based Bollmeier Crane, which provides rental services, equipment and associated personnel. Prior to that, the company purchased Armstrong Crane and Rigging, including its operated crane rental service and all associated personnel and equipment, as well as Taylor Crane Rental, which provides crane rental and crane services within a 300-mile (483-km) radius of St. Louis.
