Tokyo-headquartered heavy transport specialist Denzai has signed a partnership agreement with Dźwigi Pomorze, a Polish crane company.

Together, the two companies will provide heavy lifting and heavy transportation services, primarily focusing on offshore wind infrastructure. Dźwigi Pomorze boasts a fleet of mobile cranes with lifting capacities up to 700 tonnes and crawler cranes up to 600-tonne capacity, along with other specialist equipment.
“Over the past 20 years, Poland has been one of the fastest growing countries in the OECD [the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development]. Poland and the Baltic Sea region represent a major potential market for offshore wind installations,” said Kohki Uemura, president and ceo, Denzai.
The parties believe that the combination of Denzai’s engineering experience and super-heavy machinery – including its second Liebherr LR12500-1.0 crawler crane, which is due for delivery in March 2026 – and Dźwigi Pomorze’s local know-how and expertise will bring enhanced value to future projects that the two firms work on together.
Paweł Śliwa, ceo at Dźwigi Pomorze, added: “We believe that combining our experience, passion, and technologies will enable us to create innovative solutions and open the door to many inspiring projects. We look to the future of this partnership with optimism.”
This latest development follows a period of global expansion for Denzai. Last month, it formed strategic partnership with Singaporean crane and heavy equipment firm Hiap Heng Heavyequipment. Earlier this year, it established a subsidiary in Indonesia and formed a partnership with Italy-headquartered Fagioli.
