Saudi Liebherr Company has opened a modernised branch in Riyadh as the Germany-headquartered firm expands in Saudi Arabia.

The Riyadh location now serves as a fully equipped hub for Liebherr’s activities in central Saudi Arabia – with additional branch offices in Dammam and Riyadh, on each of the country’s coasts. Saudi Liebherr was established in 1983 as a joint venture with the Juffali Group, which remains the exclusive distributor of Liebherr construction machinery in the country.
Through this investment, Liebherr aims to support major projects spanning sectors such as infrastructure, construction, logistics, and energy, while promoting close ties with customers and partners.
Ajanthas Kumarathas, managing director of Saudi Liebherr, explained: “By moving closer to our customers we are strengthening our ability to provide efficient support and high-quality services that reflect the values of the Liebherr Group.”
Earlier this month, Amasus equipped it Rotra vessels with Liebherr LS-C 100 cranes. Meanwhile, in November, HLPFI reported that Saudi Arabia is to host bauma in 2027.
