Dutch transport engineering and heavy lifting specialist Mammoet will take over the business activities of compatriot company Ridderkerks Kraanwagenbedrijf BV (RKB), effective January 5, 2026.

RKB has more than 60 years of experience in the lifting and transport sector and has worked closely with Mammoet for a number of years.
“With this acquisition, we will also take over all of RKB’s customer relationships and are committed to a smooth transition and continuation of the trusted service,” said Mammoet.
HLPFI reported earlier this month that Mammoet had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with EDF to develop technologies and methodologies aimed at improving construction efficiency for nuclear facilities in the Netherlands.
