OMA appoints two

April 6 - Neale Proctor has joined OMA (West Africa) Group as a consultant, while OMA Togo has appointed Desmond Vorster as general manager.

Neale joins the OMA Group with extensive experience of shipping and logistics in West Africa. He previously headed up GAC's Ghana office and has also helped set up partner agreements for GAC on the West African coast.

also brings over 18 years of industry experience to OMA Togo, having worked in South Africa, East Africa and Denmark, focusing on bulk, breakbulk, containerised, project and heavy lift cargoes, as well as offshore and logistics support services.
