"With the acquisition of, we will integrate the lead generation aspect of the web portal with our operations team, which has more than 30 years of specialised equipment fulfilment," said John Hart, ceo of Absolute Worldwide Logistics.

"This acquisition brings synergies to our truckload operations, and more importantly provides 100 percent of a looped quoting and fulfilment process for our current customers and prospective customers. Furthermore, we hope to gain increased market share in the specialised transportation sector within various customer verticals," Hart added.

The operations team will be based out of the company's Toledo, Ohio office, managed by industry veteran Bob Gergich.

Hart added that additional tools and features will be added to the website to make it an even better interactive experience.
