Germany-headquartered Heavy Lift Rental (HLR) has developed hydraulic lifting cylinders with a working load limit of 125 tonnes for synchronised lifting operations.
The cylinders form the core of a modular load positioning system designed for controlled, precise and synchronised load handling. Designed as active lifting devices with integrated hydraulic pumps, the cylinders reduce setup time, increase safety, and maximise efficiency on site, HLR said.
Controlled via the operator’s laptop, the software guides the entire lifting process intuitively: all load, stroke, and motion data is displayed in real-time.
The are configurable with up to four cylinders to offer a total capacity of 500 tonnes.
