Liebherr has launched XpertAssist – an annual subscription-based remote service tool.
XpertAssist provides advanced support for customers that deploy the company’s crawler cranes, deep foundation equipment and maritime cranes.
The launch follows the success of its remote service tool that it launched last year, as HLPFI reported here. The XpertAssist further enhances this remote portfolio, said Liebherr.
Immediate qualified fault analysis and online troubleshooting is backed by step-by-step instructions, which means assistance can be maximised and onsite attendances can be reduced to a minimum. Any necessary site visits are made as efficient as possible through audio-video calls to predefine requirements and so increase the first time fix rate.
The product also includes a debriefing via audio-video conference call to explain the work done, or to address possible findings.
The annual subscription is available for individual machines or for entire fleets.
