”We deliberately chose the two 300-tonne mobile cranes because they offer an outstanding combination of mobility, reach, and cutting-edge technology,” said Multiservice Grúas’ commercial director Felipe Fossatti. “This enables us to provide a unique service to our customers throughout Chile.”

The six-axle cranes, which the company said arewell-suited for demanding operations in urban environments and large-scale mining projects, are equipped with a 90-m telescopic boom. They are also fitted with VarioBallast and VarioBase, which allow for maximum lifting capacities in limited spaces.

With around 70 percent of Multiservice Grúas’ 55-unit strong fleet made up of Liebherr models, the company is set to add an LTM 1450-8.1 soon as well.
