October 16 - Freight Traders, a member of the XLProjects (XLP) network in New Zealand, has loaded components for a power station project onboard a Spliethoff vessel in Israel.

The shipment included vaporisers, which weighed 115 tons (104.3 tonnes) and measured 22 m x 3.3 m x 3.4 m, and four 58-ton (52.6-tonne) pre-heaters measuring 20 m x 2.3 m x 2.45 m.

Freight Traders attended the loading and worked in close collaboration with local contractors, stevedores, ship crew and agents. 

The vessel is destined for New Zealand where Freight Traders will arrange the unloading, Customs clearance procedure, and delivery to the project site.

Meanwhile, XLP member Wind Vietnam has coordinated the loading of the river cruise vessel Anawrahta onboard RollDock Storm at Lotus Port, Vietnam. 

Fellow XLP member Mercomar has completed a shipment of eight dryer units, each weighing 76.5 tons (69.4 tonnes) and measuring 11.3 m x 4.1 m x 4.8 m, from Taicang, China to Asuncion, Paraguay. 

In Montevideo, Uruguay, the shipment, which had a total volume of 1,950.9 cu m, was transhipped on to a barge for onward transportation to Asuncion.
