Megalift Malaysia has shipped a SGT700 gas turbine from Siemens’ facilities in Norrkoping, Sweden, to Port Klang.
The turbine weighed 86 tonnes and measured 13.54 m x 5.34 m x 4.01 m. It was shipped from Sweden onboard a ro-ro vessel and imported in Port Klang for the set up of a co-generation plant in Kuala Langat. The plant will support a paper recycling mill.
Megalift is a member of the XLProjects (XLP) network.
