The flights, carrying 200 tonnes of equipment, were organised by Ruslan International - the joint venture established by Volga-Dnepr and Antonov Airlines.
Festival Mondial des Arts Negres has attracted a global audience of millions since its first production 44 years ago.
This year's production runs until December 31.
