February 29 - Panalpina's current ceo Peter Ulber is to succeed Rudolf Hug as the company's chairman with Stefan Karlen, who is currently regional ceo for Asia Pacific, replacing Ulber as ceo.
The changes take effect from the company's next AGM on May 10 this year.
