August 14 - Argosy Transportation Group has transported four liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanks from Veracruz, Mexico to Georgetown in Guyana.

Argosy's work included the transportation of the tanks, each of which weighed 40 tonnes and had the dimensions 27 m x 3.35 m x 3.8 m, from the Port of Veracruz to their final resting place inside a gas depot in Georgetown.

Heavy haulage equipment was brought by Argosy from Houston to Guyana, in order to help complete the movement of the tanks from a storage facility in the Port of Georgetown to their final installation position at the jobsite.

Argosy said that this project required close cooperation with its client and the Guyanan authorities.
