ATC Group taken over by Militzer & M

November 21 - Turkish project cargo forwarder ATC Group has been taken over by Swiss freight forwarder group Militzer & M

The Istanbul, Turkey-based company offers the complete range of logistics services, including project logistics. It was founded in 2000 by Orhan Cem Ulusoy.

With effect from 1st January, 2012, the former Turkish Militzer & Münch company and ATC with its staff of 15 will merge. Ulusoy will act as managing director of the company. As of January 2012, all other Militzer & Münch country units are also switching any transport operations for Turkey to the new company, beginning with France, Morocco, and Tunisia.

Militzer & Münch and ATC have already been working together closely. For almost a year, the German Militzer & Münch country unit has been carrying out its transport operations for Turkey in collaboration with ATC.
